Charlene Chan is a montreal fashion designer who graduated from lasalle college in 2003. Ever since, she has been offering her fashion design services as a freelancer. She specializes in custom made clothing for events, fashion shows, or personal contract. Her level of professionalism and devotion to her work are what makes her stand apart from other fashion designer.  She is currently working full time for a fashion apparel company in montreal, and freelancing part time.
